Guitarist, singer, and songwriter Brian Chartrand calls playing solo around the Valley his "day job" but don't let that fool you into associating him with such mediocrity. He plays some of the best restaurants, wineries, and venues in the area with a repertoire of 250 cover songs in additional to his original works. Making music in the Phoenix area since 2013, his primary project is his band, The Voce Project, with a history of 3 albums and performances at some of the area's best venues including the MIM Music theater, Chandler Center for the Arts, and Crescent Ballroom. Most notable is his project Live from Laurel Canyon, which after extensive research and writing is a 90-minute story telling and musical performance production show that tells the story of the Canyon and the legendary singer-songwriters who lived there, ranging from the Mamas and the Papas to the Eagles.
